RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase(s) you make from this site, we are happy to credit or exchange any items within 14 days provided we receive the goods in PRISTINE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please email handbooksupport@caroma.com.au with notification of the item(s) and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged handbook, we will send you a "no charge" replacement. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment. Please email handbooksupport@caroma.com.au with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
